Good questions.
Clear answers.
From the first home search to sharing documents with your real estate team, here's what to know before taking your next step.
How do I begin my home search?
Start by telling us which communities you're considering, your approximate budget and the home features that matter most. Our buyer inquiry form helps us understand your goals before discussing options.
Start a buyer inquiryCan I search live MLS listings on your website?
Not yet. The website currently offers guided buyer inquiries, not an authorized real-time MLS/IDX property feed. We won't show fabricated listings or suggest an unavailable property is on the market.
Which South Florida communities do you cover?
You can explore Sunrise, Weston, Plantation, Davie, Fort Lauderdale and Coral Springs on our community pages. Tell us if you're interested in another South Florida area.
Explore communitiesHow can I learn what my home might be worth?
Share your property's address and your timing through our home-value consultation request. The conversation can consider local market context and your home's individual features; the form does not provide an instant automated valuation or appraisal.
Request a consultationDoes the home-value consultation guarantee a selling price?
No. A consultation is an initial discussion and is not a formal appraisal, guarantee of value or promise of a particular sale price. Pricing considerations depend on property-specific details and current market activity.
What happens after I submit a seller inquiry?
Your information is sent to the Vale RE system so a brokerage team member can review the request and follow up using the contact details you provided.
How do I get Client Login access?
Client access is invitation-only. Your assigned agent sends an email invitation with instructions to activate your account. Once your access is ready, use Client Login on the website header.
Can my mortgage broker collaborate on the transaction?
Yes. An authorized agent can invite a mortgage broker or another professional to a deal-specific workspace. Access is limited to the transaction and the categories of information the agent or brokerage permits.
Can I log in as an agent without an invitation?
No. Agent access requires an invitation and approval from the brokerage. Client and agent accounts have different permissions.
